THE COCONUT SPREAD WAS BORN IN THE LOCAL COFFEE SHOPS OF SINGAPORE IN THE EARLY 1900S. EARLY IMMIGRANTS STARTED USING TROPICAL INGREDIENTS SUCH AS COCONUT TO CREATE THEIR OWN SPREAD.

TODAY, COCONUT SPREAD HAS SINCE BECOME AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE LOCALS’ DIET. ALONG WITH TOAST, A CUP OF COFFEE, AND TWO SOFT-BOILED EGGS MAKES A HEARTY BREAKFAST.
