KAREEM WAS BORN IN NEW YORK, RAISED IN FLORIDA, AND GREW UP IN TRADITIONAL CARIBBEAN HOUSEHOLD. LIVING IN NYC FULFILLS HIS DREAM OF SAVORING DIFFERENT CULTURES OF FOOD. HIS LOVE WITH COCOYA WAS ONE AT FIRST SIGHT (AND TASTE).
